And since we do not assist and share the risks, we like to be called recruitment partners.

Anurup Gulabani, our executive business partner, holds a postgraduate degree in Integrated Communications and has initially carved his niche in Advertising and PR with over three years of experience. His journey in HR began as he ventured into understanding people and lifestyle, fostering a deep interest in culture and community building. Anurup brings four years of Recruitment and HR operations experience, particularly in early-stage startups, believing firmly that the essence of HR lies in aligning employee aspirations with organizational goals, thus enhancing daily work life.

Mr. S.S. is our Advisor for strategy and processes. With a robust background of 12 years in HR, specializing in Talent Acquisition and Tech Recruitment, he is an alumni of XLRI and holds multiple degrees in Human Resources Management. His career spans across top Indian MNCs, with current leadership role in one of the top 5 MNCs renowned as the best employer. Known for a strong focus on stakeholder management and data-driven decision making, he prioritize organizational goals and effective team dynamics to build our team systems.
